He is survived by: his son Cody Allen Blackburn (Latoya Henderson Blackburn); his stepdaughter Krystal B. Patrick; his siblings, Helen Blackburn Edwards (George), Joe Blackburn and Marty Blackburn; his grandchildren, Claudia Brooke Patrick and Donovan Patrick; and his siblings' children, Jennifer Craig Haen and Michael Blackburn.
