He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Perrin and Irene Perrin; his siblings, Howard Perrin, Norma Anthony, Nancy Williamson and Gail Perrin; and his nephew Michael Perrin.

He is survived by: his brother James Parnell of Shreveport, Louisiana; and his children, Leann Delagarza (Andres) of Stonewall, Patricia Manes (Fred) of Hornbeck, Tammy Mullins (Dean) of Lewisburg, Kentucky and Paul Hinton. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
