She is survived by : her children, Roy Joseph Webre, III and Becky Fowler; her grandchildren, Nichole Fowler, Sarah Smith (Cameron), Elizabeth Fowler, Destin Webre, Hannah Manasco and Hunni Manasco; and her sister Ida Mae Horn.
