She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Maryman Gerdsen and Virginia Riley Gerdsen; her son Ronald Tate Thorn; her husband David Edward Robinson; and her sister Joan Lee Bilak.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Thorn Mele (Daniel) and Karen Thorn Merrill (Michael); her stepsons, Michael Christopher Robinson (Beverly) and William Matthew Robinson (Dana); and her pet Lola Belle. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
