She is survived by: her daughter Dayna Johnson Peoples (Randy) of Austin, Texas; her brothers, R. L. Marcantel (Susan) and Tim Marcantel (Sarah) of Sulphur, Louisiana; her grandson Patrick Peoples; her stepgranddaughter Haley Grant; and her son-in-law Todd Grant.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 8:30 AM at the Hixson-Sulphur Memorial (2051 E Napoleon St, Sulphur, LA 70663). A rosary will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Theresa Catholic Church (4822 Carlyss Dr, Sulphur, LA 70665). A burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at the BIG Woods Cemetery (3925 Big Woods Cemetery Rd, Vinton, LA 70668).
