He was predeceased by : his former life partner Arlene Hawkins; and his wife Susie Hawkins. He is survived by : his close friend Virginia McBroom of Sulphur, LA; his daughters, Beverley Forrest and Wilma Hawkins (Patrice Perlin); his grandchildren, Brooke Vance, Sebastian Paulson (Lindsey), Wesley Paulson (Krista), Dana Hickman, Jenna Bullock, Noelle, Sean, Damien, Madison, Wyatt, Christian, Gabby, Mia, Khi, Oaklynne and Baylor; and also Julie Richard.
