He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Phillips and Ethyle Phillips; and his sisters, Dorothy Williams, Rachel Kuiken, Ruby Marshall and Barbara Denman.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Morgan Phillips; his children, Stacey Regan (Joshua), Todd Phillips, Scott Phillips (Aquilla) and Shelly Tanous (Damon); and his siblings, William "Winkey" Phillips (Hazel) and Helen Young.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Houston River Baptist Church (110 W Houston River Rd, Sulphur, LA 70663). A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Frank Phillips may be made to Houston River Baptist Church.
