He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Swede and Coreen Olson; and his uncle Brian Olson. He is survived by: his parents, Brenda Olson and Kelly Carver; his wife Nikkole Carver; his children, James Garland, Damon Garland, Allie Garland and Naudia Ulve; his siblings, Jessica Mahto (Rob), Jennifer Carver and Eugene Trahan Jr. (Samantha); and his close friend Kenneth Wilcowski.
