She was predeceased by: her husband Huey Tarver; and her parents, Travis Selmon and Thelma Selmon. She is survived by: her children, Brenda "BJ" Greer (Jeffrey), Mark Tarver (Belinda), Juanita Gilbert (Kenneth), Douglas Tarver and Brandon Tarver (Renea); and her sisters, Nelda Lee and Billie Parker. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers or plants, the family asks that donations be made to the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery fund.
