She is survived by: her husband John Faulk of Carlyss; her children, John Faulk, Jr. (Kathy) of Iowa, Tina Kinney (Chuck) of Carlyss and JimBob Faulk (Karen) of Franklin, Tennessee; her brother Randall Key (Susan) of Carlyss; her grandchildren, Devin Burnett, Taylor Faulk, Blair Swearingen, Chelsea Mouton, Sarah Faulk, William Faulk, Thomas Faulk and Brylea O'Quinn; and her great grandchildren, Gavin Burnett, McKynsie Burnett, Thales Mouton, Aubin Mouton, Weston Swearingen, Brye Burnett and Joah O'Quinn.
