She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Joseph Downs (Joe); her parents, Arnold J. Lognion and Amy Trahan; her daughter-in-law Angela Downs; and her siblings, Patricia Thibodeaux and Roger Trahan.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Chaisson (Danny), Kevin Downs (Shelley) and Bill Downs (Shelley); and her great grandchild JoAnn. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
