He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Alton "Jack" Moreland and Mary Nettie Blackwell Moreland; his wife Peggy Marie Gros; and his sister Louise. He is survived by: his half-brother David Moreland; his grandchildren, Lindsey Wisner and Lauren Manuel; his niece Patti Arlan; his nephew Raymond Ellender; his pet Rose; Darlene Manuel and Kenneth Moreland II. He is also survived by four great nephews, two great nieces.
