He is survived by : his children, Kendrick Wayne Payne (Amber), Octavia LaShay Jasmine and ShaKelia McFadden (Anthony); his grandchildren, Dominicka Dyer, Sa'Niya Payne, Darien Jasmine, Kyree Payne, Zayne McFadden and Zayden McFadden; his mother Vera J. Payne; his sister Kenya Payne Cowen; his half-sisters, Ramona D. Gary and Amanda Baker; and his grandfather Morris Prater. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.
