He was predeceased by : his former life partner Karen Van Dame Eades; his parents, Joseph "J. C." Eades and Wilma Eades; and his sisters, Judy and Jane Eades.
He is survived by : his wife Betty Eades of Sulphur; his children, Kevin Eades (Deanna) of Denver, Allen Conrad (Judy) of Mountain Home and Connie Koonce (Roy) of Sulphur; and his siblings, Joe Eades (Shirley) of Texarkana and Carol Ann Fails of Albuquerque. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
