He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Lavergne and Bernice Quibodeaux Lavergne Daigle; his wife Shirley; and his siblings, Darius Lavergne, Betty Whetnall and Ethel Moody.
He is survived by: his brother Ralay Lavergne; his children, Katie Baldasarri (Tom), Dennis Lavergne (Deb), Christine LeMoine (Paul) and Ted Lavergne (Tara); his grandchildren, Jaime Garza (Eric), Erin Schott (Joe), Denerae Lavergne, Tonie'Smith (Jonathan), Krista LeMoine (Harris Nghiem), Josh LeMoine, Cole Lavergne and Will Lavergne (Maddie); and his great grandchildren, Jocelynn, Eli, Ethan, Dax, Hadley Kate, Wyatt, Cooper and Myles.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Johnson Funeral Home of Sulphur (107 W Napoleon St, Sulphur, LA 70663). A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Home - Sulphur (107 W Napoleon St, Sulphur, LA 70663). A Mass will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of LaSalette Catholic Church (602 N Claiborne St, Sulphur, LA 70663).
