It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roman George Barthelomew (Sulphur, Louisiana), who passed away on November 7, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Barthelemy and Irene Barthelemy; his significant other Jamie Fernandez; and his sister-in-law Sandra Lee Lafrance. He is survived by: his children, Evangeline Bazile, Roman Jr. (Leo), Vincent Sr., Victor Barthelemy, Anjelica, Brittany Williams and Clark Riley; his grandchildren, Whitney, Patrice, Patrick Bazile, Romeo, Rowen, Jacob Bartholomew, Devin Powell Jr., Braydon, Braylei Johnson, Vincent Jr., Leeland, Brooklynn and Braelynn Barthelemy; his siblings, Shirletta, Carla, Yolanda, Olen and Francelia Barthelemy; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Gaines, Bruce Phillips, Steward Phillips and Steven Barthelemy; his children-in-law, Shelby Barthelemy, Brandon Johnson, Patrick Bazile, Jennifer Bartholomew and Jennifer Riley; and his great grandchild Levi Hindman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
