Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Sharon for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben Graunke and Vanda Graunke; and her husband Bobby Hayes. She is survived by: her children, Sara Moore of Deweyville, Julie DeCapua of Sulphur and Jeremy Hayes of Pineville, Louisiana; and her sisters, Carolyn Herrmann of Baton Rouge, Jeanette King of Lumberton, Paula Smith of Jennings and Joanne McFatter of Sulphur, Louisiana.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the New Hope Baptist Church (543 Marcantel Rd, Dequincy, LA 70633). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
