He was predeceased by : his parents, Virgil J. Trahan and Willadell Trahan; his sister Tammy Burk; and his great grandchild Collins Baudin. He is survived by : his wife Gwen Trahan; his children, Shannon Marler (Paula), Eric Marler (Katherine), Jay Trahan, John Trahan and Joni Trahan; his grandchildren, Ashley Lovejoy (Matt), Macy Baudin (Sam), Victoria Marler (Isaac), Ben Marler, Julianne Soileau (Nate), Nathanael Marler, Emma Marler, Christopher Marler and Olivia Marler; his great grandchildren, Wyatt Lovejoy, Walker Lovejoy, Norah Soileau, Charlotte Baudin and Samuel "Beau" Baudin; and his siblings, Wyatt Trahan and Cindy Dowies.
