It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine Oalmann Jenkins of Summerfield, Louisiana, who passed away on November 5, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James Hugh Jenkins; her parents, George Bernard Oalmann and Elizabeth Barbara Dutsch Oalmann; and her siblings, Katherine Bridges, Marjorie Bor, George, John, Louis and Joseph.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Ladner (Roy), Marjorie Jahncke (Robert) and James Hugh Jenkins III (Susan); her grandson Dane Morgan; her great grandchildren, Carter and Harper Morgan; and her sister Elizabeth Williams.
