He was predeceased by: his parents, Theophel Jolivette and Thelma Brooks Jolivette; and his brother Thomas Jolivette. He is survived by: his sons, Troy Sam, Johnathan Sam and John Al Campbell; and his sister Delores McClendon of Broussard.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Bethlehem Baptist Church (200 W Martin Luther King Dr, Sunset, LA 70584). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
