He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Cordill Ogden and Lucille Craven Ogden; his wife Bettie Jean Ogden; his brother Freddie Tisdale; and his son-in-law Travis "Rooster" Russell.
He is survived by: his children, Richard "Ricky" Ogden of Delhi and Kim Russell of Tallulah; his granddaughters, Angela Russell, Leah Anthony (Brett) and Mary Elizabeth Hale (Matt); his great grandchildren, Brandon Comans, Riser Richardson, Lake Anthony, Kathryn "Blaire" Hale, Emery Hale, Finley Hale and Avery Blake; his sister Evelyn Gates (Glen Gates); and his nephew Mike Gates. He is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Crothers Glenwood Funeral Home (2 Crothers Dr, Tallulah, LA 71282). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the Memorial Park Cemetery.
