He was predeceased by: his wife Jo Ellen Goings; his parents, Hizzie Lee and Lillie Mae Goings; his siblings, Jeanette Goings, Kenneth Goings and Arnold Goings; and his great grandchild Allyson Harvey.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Rash (James), Michael Goings (Monica), Billy Goings and Beth Lambert (Erik); his siblings, Jerry Goings and Patsy Townsend; and his grandchildren, Nicole Pritchard, Tiffany Williams (Kaleb), Kristen Goings, Mallory Davis (Cody), Caitlyn Goings, Raie Garza (Katie) and Carley Lambert.
