She is survived by: her parent Arlice Evans; her children, James Michael Cummins Jr. (Beth) and Jaime Michelle Cummins; her grandchildren, Brayden Machen, Paul Michael Machen, Conner Machen, Elizabeth Cummins, Kate Cummins and Willow June; and her siblings, Edward Evans (Becky), Michael "Mike" Evans (Gail), Marlin "Bouda" Evans, Charles "Chuck" Wesley Evans (Tracy) and Marie Ernst (Norman).
