Maurice David Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Maurice David of Tallulah, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 14, 2026 at the age of 90. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alpha Joseph David and Elize Lavergne David; his wife Audrey J. David; the mother of his children Lillie; his son Leonard Wilson; and his siblings, Louie, Wilfred, Wilson David, Hilda Saunders, Wilda Lutz, Anna Mae Albardo, Adless Chaisson, Laurus Salyers and Hazel George.

He is survived by: his children, Darrell Wilson (Kim), Scott Wilson (Kathy), Jody Farrell (Faye) and Talisa David Greer (Craig); his daughter-in-law Linda Wilson; and his grandchildren, Amy Bennett (Mickey), Stephanie Huddleston (Stephen), Tray Wilson (Misty), Dana Branning (Mack), Jay Wilson, Sara Richmond (Roger), Jonathan Wilson (Amanda), Katelyn Wilson, Shannon Wilson (Brooke), Andrea Johnson (Brandon), Rayna Farrell, Kaden Vallery and Michael Greer (Samantha). He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
