We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2025, at the age of 80, Jerry Denny Martin Sr. of Tangipahoa, Louisiana, born in Tickfaw, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Beth Martin; his son Jerry "Denny" Martin, Jr.; his parents, Clara Martin and Sim Martin; his great grandchild Lawrence; and his siblings, Ruby Wagner, Alfred Martin, Louis Martin, Earl Martin, Gilbert Martin, Bobby Martin, Hugo Martin and Raymond Martin.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Martin, Connie Martin and Mark Martin; and his grandchildren, Laura, Ronnie, Sarah, Justin, Heather, Ashley, Tina, Jerry, Lindsey and Mark. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Martin Cemetery (48151 Laura Rogers Rd, Tickfaw, LA 70466).
