He is survived by: his children, Alicia Toups Blanda and Alcide "Joey" Toups, III; his stepdaughters, Jennifer Sears Foster (Dominic) and Stephanie Sears; his brothers, Prosper Toups, Jr. (Beverly) and Nathan Peter Toups (Denise); his siblings-in-law, Michael Schmitt and Fay Toups; and his grandchildren, Joshua Toups, Gabriella and Roman Foster. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
