It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Angela T. Cortez (Thibodaux, Louisiana), who passed away on October 4, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband C. J. Cortez; her children, Ronald Cortez and Deborah Benoit (Gary); her parents, Pierre Tabor and Agnes Tabor; and her siblings, Henry Tabor, Philip Tabor, John Tabor, Morris Tabor, Edna Tabor, Angelina Tabor, Mary Louise Sanchez, Victoria Landry, Viola Sanchez, Annette Cortez and Zolema Sanchez.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thibodaux Funeral Home (104 St Patrick St, Thibodaux, LA 70301). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
