He was predeceased by: his wife Naby Louise Danos Usey; his parents, Nelson Abel Usey and Ausolite Cecile Thibodaux Usey; and his siblings, Abel, Raynard, Donald, Ivy Usey and Shirley Blanchard.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Roundtree (Eric) and Janice Trosclair (Emmett "Joey"); his granddaughters, Erica Ford (Justin), Melissa Daigle (Josh), Kristina Thibodaux (Cody) and Samantha Gaudet (Traig); his great grandchildren, Jax, Beau Ford, Bryce Daigle, Tab, Wes Thibodaux, Thea, Max and Rudy Gaudet; his siblings, Chester Usey, Sherry Waguespack and Patsy Thibodaux; and his sisters-in-law, Sheila and Joyce Usey.
