He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lloyd Cortez, Sr., Genevieve Cortez, Gordon Martinez, Sr. and Betty Martinez; his uncle James "Jim" Cortez; and his cousins, Michelle Bourgeois and Jessica Martinez.
He is survived by: his parents, Damian Martinez and Linda Cortez Martinez; his brother Damian Martinez, Jr. (Macy); and his niece Avery Martinez. He is also survived by his godparents, uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church (529 LA-20, Thibodaux, LA 70301). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
