It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Benoit (Thibodaux, Louisiana), who passed away on July 5, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alcee Louis Hidalgo and Maggie Talbot Hidalgo. She is survived by: her husband Russell J. Benoit; her children, Dondi Clement (Denise), Nicky Clement (Joan), Shannon Clement (Paula), Leigh C. Martin (Scotty) and Sandy Clement; her stepson Blaine Benoit; her siblings, J. P. Hidalgo, Jean H. Bergeron, Joan H. Dunbar and Loretta H. Evans; and her caregiver June Price. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
