With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Leonard of Thibodaux, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 20, 2026 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her husband Harold "Cat" Leonard; her parents, Anthony Lirette and Marie Lirette; her son Alphonse Leonard; and her siblings, Shirley Chaisson, Audrey Mae Landry and Earl Lirette.
She is survived by: her son Joseph Leonard (Robin); her grandchildren, Ashley Boudreaux (Delaune), Melody Cortez (Eddie), Joseph Jr. (Laura) and Dustin Leonard (Lacey); her great grandchildren, Aiden Boudreaux, Wyatt Leonard, Alanna Olivia Leonard, Mason Sylvester, Gabriella Leonard, Jaxon Boudreaux, Lylah Belle Leonard and Annabelle Leonard; her daughter-in-law Kathy Leonard; and her siblings, Marjorie Adams and Michael Lirette.
