She was predeceased by : her son Gary L. "Bubba" McNeal Jr.; her grandson Gary "Lee" McNeal, III; her parents, Alcide Mire, Jr. and Enola Chauvin Mire; and her sister Rosemary Mire.

She is survived by : her daughters, Beth Thibodaux (Eddie) and Monica Tauzin (Brent); her daughter-in-law Donna McNeal; her grandchildren, Corey Thibodaux (Cherish), Kacie Percle, Chaz Thibodaux (Carlie), Lukas Tauzin and Owen Tauzin; and her great grandchildren, Gage, Graham, Camille, Connor, Cohen and Brady. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
