He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Harris Sr. and Ruby Lee Harris; his parents-in-law, Calvin Naquin Sr. and Odette Naquin; his daughters, Baby Harris and Laurie Lee Harris; his brothers, Jesse Harris and Larry W. Harris; his siblings-in-law, Judy Harris, Sandra Burch, Kathleen Chiasson, Janet Naquin, C. D. Naquin, Chester Chiasson, Glen Martin and Paul Esteve; his nephew James Harris; his niece Stacy Domangue (Holly Naquin); and his goddaughter Holly Naquin (Stacy Domangue).
He is survived by: his wife Karen Naquin Harris; his children, Billy Harris Jr., Corey Harris and Cindy Harris Burelle (Cary); his godchild Dale Ledet Jr.; his grandchildren, Hailey Harris Franklin (Jarek), Brandon Burelle and Kaiden Harris; his siblings, Robert "Paul" Harris Jr. (Gracie) and Kathy Harris Boothe (Colin); and his siblings-in-law, Lorraine Diaz (Roland) and Lonnie Burch Sr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
