He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Scott Kivett and Alice Lou Boster (Malone). He is survived by: his wife Tammy Kivett (Foster); his children, Christopher Kivett (Susan) of Leavenworth, KS, Alex Kivett (Ashley) of Oskaloosa, KS and Amanda Chase (Corey) of Thibodaux, LA; his grandchildren, Ethan Clubine, Lucy and Stella Chase; and his brothers, Wayne Kivett of Bonner Springs, KS, Steve Kivett and North. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and many beloved friends.
