He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Heck and Verna Mae Talbot Heck Sr.; and his siblings, David Heck and Susan Heck Schwab. He is survived by: his wife Amelia Clement Heck; his children, Carl "Cory" III (Collen), Timothy (Samantha), Michael Heck (Shawn) and Lana Stagni (Brandt); his grandchildren, Alexis, Zach, Nic, Braden, Taylor, Cohen, Sailor, Westin, Blake, Cameron, Gabrielle and Caden; and his great grandchildren, Ella, Isabel and Camila.
