She was predeceased by: her husband Marion Raymond Williams; her parents, Chester Billiot and Dora Billiot; and her sisters, Yvonne Noce and Loretta Petachi.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shelia Graham and Tiffany Martinez (Chris); her grandchildren, Jherah Naquin (Christopher), Lindy Levron, Emily Randolph (Ajikee), Kelsey Ferrier (Justin), Canon Levron and L. Tucker; and her great grandchildren, Jaxon Naquin, Caroline Levron, Isabelle Ferrier, Carissa Levron, Major Randolph, Palmer Ferrier, Shepherd Levron and London Rose Martinez.
