She was predeceased by: her brother Shaun Nelson; her grandmother Catherine Harthorne; and her father Herbert Nelson. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Carwyle (Colby) and Brian Puckett; her mother Janice Nelson; her grandfather Glenn Harthorne; and her siblings, Tamara Nelson, Shana Nelson, Paul Nelson, Christopher Nelson, Chelsea Whitehawk, Chante Japp, Corey Japp, Cierra Japp and Chad Keiser. She is also survived by aunts, uncles.
