With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cheryl A Duet (Thibodaux, Louisiana), who passed away on July 25, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Benoit and Earline Barrilleaux Benoit; her former husband Terry Duet; her children, Chad Mccarthy and Leslie Duet Clark; her grandson Chad Clark; and her sisters, Darlene Hymel and Janet Boudreaux.
She is survived by: her daughter Brittany Duet (Derek); her brother Vernon "Cookie" Benoit; and her grandchildren, Briana Duet, Nevaeh Duet, Leonard Clark, Jr., Mylaya Clark, Bethany Mccarthy Aucoin and Lexy Mccarthy.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Thibodaux Funeral Home (104 St Patrick St, Thibodaux, LA 70301). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Philomena Catholic Church (108 Brule Rd, Labadieville, LA 70372).
