He is survived by: his parents, Dr. John Milek and Renée Milek; his siblings, Caroline (Cameron), Mimi (Chip) and Andrew (Danielle); his nieces and nephews, Charlotte, John Hayes, Drew and Celine; and his pets, Ziggy and Oakley. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the famliy requests donations be made to Saint John the Evangelist Catholic Church.
