She is survived by: her children, Donna Adams Lamartina, Darren Adams, Jody Adams and Timothy Adams (Pamela); her grandchildren, Adam Lamartina, Christina Adams, Dodi Adams and Jamie Hebert; her stepgrandchildren, Lacy Lamartina and Laura Spreafrico; and her brother Nolan Adams. She is also survived by Two Great-Grandchildren; Six Step Great-Grandchildren.
