He was predeceased by: his wife Katie Martinez; his son Denny Martinez; his parents, Whitney Martinez and Olympe Constant Martinez; and his siblings, Sylvia Himel, Eldred Durocher, Gerald "Mac" Martinez and Charles Martinez.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Goulas, Terry Martinez, Thomas Martinez and Therese "Tori" Labat (Richard); his grandchildren, Coby Nuss, Whitney Martinez, Jake Martinez, Shelbi Labat Petrosius, Jace Labat and Luke Labat; and his great grandchildren, Will Nuss, Rhys, Sophie and Elsa Petrosius.
