He is survived by: his wife Ashley Lirette Fields; his children, Daxton Fields, Jyron Smith, Tylan Lirette, Jermey Lirette, Paisley Lirette and Paityn Lirette; his mother Miki Lamartina Hafford; his stepfather Leonard; his father Todd Andrew Fields; his stepmother Meshele; his siblings, John Landry, Jr., Trevor Rock, Ami Frederick, Dr. Joshua Hafford and Chelsi Hafford; his grandparents, Joseph, Mary Lamartina and Lydia Duhon; his stepgrandmother Cyretha Mills; and his godchild Aubrey Bergeron. He is also survived by his family, especially his son.
