It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eli Foley Sternfels of Thibodaux, Louisiana, who passed away on February 11, 2022, at the age of 22, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Mike Sternfels and Jodie Foley Sternfels; his sister Carlie Sternfels; and his grandparents, Julius "Dudy", Sue Sternfels, Willard "Pat" and Stella Foley. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

I am Taylor and Peyton Robichaux's, grandmother, Sharon, and Eli would come by here when visiting my grandsons who live next door, and I would get to visit with him whenever he would come to be with my boys. He was a very polite young man and a great friend to my grandsons who are devastated from this loss. Taylor, classmate and friend, erected a cross at the site. Prayers for all! Sharon R.”
