He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrien Fields and Octavia Fields; and his siblings, Lawrence Fields, Thomas Fields, Andrew Fields, Lester Fields, Yvonne Hale and Clara Fields.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Fields; his children, Ellis "Peppy" Fields Jr. (Missy), Danny Fields (Jessika), Todd Fields (Meshele) and Joann Faucheux (Jason); his grandchildren, Kaitlan, Collin, Mallory, Tyler, Alayna, Ami, Dillon, Janson and Jessie; and his brother Francis Fields Sr.. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; numerous step-grandchildren.
