We announce the death of Esther W. Rogers (Thibodaux, Louisiana), who passed away on September 24, 2026. Esther will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Williams and Elnora Williams; her son Robert Rogers, Jr.; her grandson Kentrell Dabney, Jr.; her great great grandchild Quiana Rogers; and her brothers, Joseph Williams, Clifford Williams, Sr. and Edward Williams, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Kenny Rogers, Dianna Rogers Triggs (Crystal) and Detrina Rogers Johnson (Daniel); her brother Alvin Williams, Sr.; and her godson Edward Williams, Jr.. She is also survived by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Williams & Southall Funeral Home (1204 Cleveland St, Thibodaux, LA 70301). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
