She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Percy Bellard and Maydel Dupuis Bellard; her siblings, Janell Pravata, Donald Bellard and Gregory Bellard; and her brother-in-law Douglas Clement.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Michael Clement; her children, Cory Paul Clement (Kristen) and Chaunte Clement Cabrera (Daniel); her grandchildren, Caroline Clement, Claire Clement, Chloe Clement and Dante Cabrera; her great grandchild Blake Michael Boudreaux; and her brothers, Bernard Bellard, John Rafael Bellard and James Edward Bellard.
