He is survived by: his mother Natasha Rene Price; his daughter Ha Laiah Phillip; his siblings, Horatio Phillip, KeBren Allen, Ny Taja and Ha Lyonna Phillip; his grandparents, Dianne, Sidney Price, Jr., Debra and Huey Phillip, Jr.; his great-grandparent Carrie Woods; his aunts and uncles, Quandie Brown (Michael Sr.), Lanita Price, Shelikka Phillip, Keyoshia, Jessica Poindexter, Damon, Fedrick, Johmal Moore and Sydney Price, III (Domanique); and his godparents, Murphy Williams, Jr., Quandie Brown (Michael Sr.) and Travela Ward.
