He is survived by: his wife Daisy Pierce Galjour; his children, Kim Galjour (Faye), Jess Galjour (Jeanne), Emma Mattei (Roger) and Tiffany Alario (Joseph); his grandchildren, Erich Mattei (Megan), Joshua Galjour, Wesley Galjour (Lindsey), Roger Lee Mattei (Rebecca), Brittany Dinunzio, Jennalynn Chiasson (Grant) and Jordan Galjour (Maci); his stepgrandchildren, Kaci Lirette (Craig) and Trey Alario; his great grandchildren, Pierce and Vaughn Galjour; his stepgrandchildren, Gavrie, Vanjames, Lakelynn Chiasson, Emile, Quinn, Caleb, Madison, Isaiah, Isaac Mattei and Peyton Rose Galjour; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Oliver and Violet Lirette; and his siblings, Bobby Galjour, Darlene Rabalais (Michael), Connie Gaspard, Donna Collins (Johnny) and Van Galjour, Jr.. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Nativity Catholic Church (3500 LA-1, Raceland, LA 70394). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
