He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Jules Borne and Marie Louise "Peggy" Kearns Borne; his in-laws, Paul Vitchel Blanchard and Mary Mayola Angelloz Blanchard; and his brother-in-law Clyde Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Blanchard Borne; his children, Lawrence Jules "Ladd" Borne III (Elizabeth) and Ashley Borne Rodrigue; his grandchildren, Brandon Rodrigue (Katie), Fallon Terracina (Josh), Andrew Borne and Matthew Borne; his great grandchildren, Beau Rodrigue, Emma Rodrigue, Madison Terracina, Mallory Terracina and Mavery Terracina; his brothers, Daniel "Dan" Borne' (Lisette) and Robert "Bob" Borne; and his sister-in-law Mary Virginia Allen.
