Linda Ekiss Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Ekiss of Thibodaux, Louisiana, who passed away on July 17, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Delmar Paul Ekiss Jr.; and her parents, Uriel "Billy" Gaubert and Therese Sposito "Tay" Gaubert. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Ekiss-Martin (Ramus), Ken Ekiss and Scott Ekiss (Amanda); her grandchildren, Bethany, Dustin, Brayden and Austin; her stepgranddaughter Maggie Martin; and her sisters, Anne G. LaRose (Charles), Faie G. Duplantis (Lloyd) and Martha Gaubert. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Genevieve Catholic Church (815 Barbier Ave, Thibodaux, LA 70301). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
